FAQ
Frequently asked questions about ordering, shipping, installation, and after-sales
Ordering & Quotation
❓ What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
Please provide: crop type, estimated daily throughput or storage volume, target country, and site conditions (if any). The more details you provide, the more accurate our quote and solution recommendations. Standard inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
❓ How long is the quotation valid?
The standard quotation is valid for 30 days. Beyond 30 days, prices may be adjusted due to raw material and exchange rate fluctuations; please re-inquire to confirm. Once the contract is signed, the price is locked and unchanged.
❓ Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. We cooperate with third-party inspection agencies designated by the customer (SGS, BV, TÜV, etc.) for pre-shipment product quality and quantity inspection. Inspection costs are usually borne by the customer.
Production & Shipping
❓ How long from contract signing to shipment?
Standard standalone equipment: 30–60 days production after the contract takes effect. Large turnkey projects: 60–120 days, depending on project scale and complexity. Sea freight is additional (to Africa approx. 25–40 days, Southeast Asia approx. 10–15 days, Central Asia by rail approx. 15–25 days).
❓ How is packaging and shipping handled?
Equipment is packed to sea-freight standards: anti-rust treatment → plastic film wrapping → wooden crate / steel frame fixing → container loading. Large structural parts may be shipped nude with lashing fixation. We can adjust the packaging plan per customer requirements.
❓ What are the trade terms?
Normally FOB (Free On Board at port of shipment) or CIF (including freight and insurance to destination port). Customers may also specify other terms (EXW, CFR, etc.), agreed explicitly in the contract.
Installation & After-Sales
❓ Do you provide installation services?
Two models are available: ① Standard: we dispatch 1–3 engineers on-site to guide installation and commissioning (customer covers round-trip airfare, local lodging, and transport); ② Remote guidance: provide detailed installation manuals and operation videos, with remote guidance via WhatsApp / video call. Large turnkey projects standardly include on-site installation and commissioning.
❓ How are after-sales service and spare parts ensured?
Equipment warranty is 12 months (from commissioning date or 14 months after arrival at port, whichever comes first). Within warranty, parts damaged by non-human causes are provided free. After warranty, parts are supplied at cost. For wear parts (screens, belts, bearings, etc.), we recommend customers purchase a batch of spares together with the equipment order to avoid cross-border procurement delays.
❓ What if technical issues arise during operation?
Preferred: WhatsApp video call — our engineers view the equipment live via video, diagnose remotely, and guide troubleshooting. Complex issues can be handled by dispatching an engineer on-site. We agree on remote support response time in the contract (typically respond within 2 hours).
Payment
❓ What payment methods are available?
Standard: T/T (telegraphic transfer) 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. For large projects, staged payment can be negotiated (e.g., 30%+40%+30%). Settlement in USD / EUR / RMB supported. Letters of credit (L/C) are not accepted unless the amount is large and the bank's credit is sound.
❓ Do I need to visit the factory in China?
Welcome! A factory visit is the best way to build trust. We can assist with the business visa invitation letter. We recommend discussing specific project plans during the visit for maximum efficiency.
