Factory Overview
Kanglong Machinery is located in Anyang City, China. The factory covers 130,000 m² with 14 standardized heavy-industry workshops. It is equipped with internationally advanced automated production lines: laser cutting machines, fully automatic corrugated panel production lines, column production lines, welding robots, angle steel production lines, and more. Annual steel silo capacity exceeds 1,000,000 m³, annual steel structure output reaches 30,000 tonnes, with nearly 100 machining devices, nearly 300 welding machines, and 16 plasma cutting machines.

Production Workshop Tour
Cutting Workshop
Equipped with CNC plasma cutters, laser cutters, and plate shears for precise steel plate cutting with tolerances within ±1 mm. The automated cutting system ensures consistency and material utilization in batch production.
Welding Workshop
CO₂ gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, and robotic welding stations. Critical structural welds undergo ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection to ensure defect-free seams and safe, reliable load-bearing structures.
Assembly Workshop
Component pre-assembly, full-machine assembly, and drive system commissioning. Each step follows standardized work instructions (SOP); torque values of critical bolts are recorded to ensure the assembly quality of every machine is traceable.
Painting Workshop
Sandblasting rust removal to Sa2.5 → epoxy zinc-rich primer → polyurethane topcoat, a multi-layer protection system. The painting line is equipped with a curing oven to ensure coating adhesion and weather resistance across various climates.
Testing & Commissioning
Every machine undergoes a no-load test run of ≥2 hours before shipment, checking temperature rise, vibration, noise, and drive system performance. The temperature control system is calibrated unit by unit, and safety devices are tested one by one to ensure the equipment is ready for production on arrival.
