R&D and Quality Control
80+ technical staff, continuous innovation, every machine strictly inspected before shipment

R&D Capability
We have an 80+ person engineering team covering mechanical design, thermal engineering, electrical automation, process engineering, and related disciplines. The R&D center is equipped with a CAD/CAM design system and designs customized solutions based on each customer's specific crop type, capacity requirements, and site conditions.
Core R&D directions: high-moisture grain drying process optimization, multi-fuel hot-air furnace efficiency improvement, structural mechanics analysis of large steel silos, and automation control upgrades for processing lines.

Quality Control System
Raw Material Control
All key materials—steel, motors, bearings, electrical components—are sourced from certified suppliers. Before storage, material testing, dimensional checks, and visual inspection are carried out; non-conforming materials are strictly returned.
In-process Inspection
QC staff perform fixed-point inspections at each production stage; critical welds are checked by ultrasonic flaw detection. Each process must be signed off by QC before moving to the next.
Full-Machine Test
Every machine must undergo a no-load test run of ≥2 hours before shipment. Tests include temperature rise curve, vibration level, noise level, drive system status, and safety device trigger tests. Test data is recorded and archived.
Shipment Inspection
Before packing, the shipping list is checked item by item and packaging is verified against sea/land transport requirements. Each shipment includes complete installation manuals, operation manuals, and factory inspection reports.
